MMA Fundamentals

These sessions are designed for the new/newer starters to our training. They are to enable the individual to gain the knowledge and application of our training.


All Training Sessions are open to all levels; however, it is recommended new starters attend the MMA Fundamentals sessions initially.

Prices

Adults

Pay per session : £10 per session

Monthly Unlimited Sessions : £60 per month



Teens (Under 16)

Pay per session : £10 per session

Monthly Unlimited Sessions : £40 per month

(Family Discounts are available)




Could you please ensure the following
  • Please come dressed ready for your class ( to minimise time in the changing area)
  • Please wear flipflops or sliders between the changing room and the matted area
  • Please ensure finger and toe nails are clipped, personal hygiene is essential
  • If you have any safety equipment please bring this with you.
